Global Capital BV wishes to address recent misinformation circulated regarding the company's business activities and clarify the circumstances surrounding an inquiry initiated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).

Our company operates exclusively as a private lending and financing institution, providing debt-based funding solutions to businesses and qualified borrowers. We do not engage in investment solicitation, public fundraising, share acquisition programs, or guarantee investment returns of any kind.

Recently, inaccurate information was reportedly submitted to the AFM by external parties, creating the false impression that Global Capital BV was involved in activities relating to investment promotions and promises of exceptional returns. These allegations are entirely false and do not reflect our business model or operating practices.

Following communication with the AFM, the authority requested clarification together with supporting documentation regarding our financing activities. Global Capital BV has fully cooperated throughout the process by providing all relevant documentation, correspondence, and operational information requested.

Unfortunately, misleading information and digitally manipulated content have increasingly become tools used to damage the reputation of legitimate businesses.
