He was actively associated with a Manufacturing Company based in Pune with Initial Funding, Capital Raising and helping them to make successful Initial Public Issue during 2002 to 2011. During that period he has successfully completed four mergers and two foreign acquisitions in USA and Italy. He was also involved with defending the legal issues with foreign acquisitions.
He moved to Dubai UAE in July 2016 to accomplish various assignments for Management Consultancy, making Strategic investments and Capital Structuring.
